Follow-up Comment #14, bug #63643 (project octave):

I have also checked the package, both on Linux (Ubuntu) and on Win-10, 
but did not see any failure.
I have added tolerance of eps to one of the tests in stretchlim.m, see
http://hg.code.sf.net/p/octave/image/rev/ca0c90300beb

The new version is attached.
Please check.
