I got an error message from movmean.  Laptop is win10 64x and still had about
8-9 GB memory available. 10x the 2nd array size below ran with matlab on a
16gb business laptop.    Thanks.

v=movmean(rand(0500000,1), 513); % work

v=movmean(rand(1000000,1), 513);
error: out of memory or dimension too large for Octave's index type
error: called from
    movfun>movfun_oncol at line 299 column 10
    movfun at line 282 column 14
    movmean at line 138 column 5
