Follow-up Comment #30, bug #63415 (project octave):

adding a pause after each fwrite command, with matlab filesize on m_eye.bin
and m_rand.bin are 120,000 bytes each time. checking on octave 8.1.0, though,
i get the same result. no filesize difference.
