I don't think it's dramatic. It's been tested little and
multiprogramming is very error-prone. It's very likely that you've
introduced some very difficult to find bugs with this feature.

By the way, the noun in English is "failure"; "fail" is a verb. The
internet is trying to be funny by intentionally using bad English when
it says things like "epic fail".
