I would:
- reverse ROLL and PITCH axis in the XML radio file (by swapping min 
and max values)
- put minus in the rc_command section (used only in manual mode)
 <rc_commands>
   <set command="THROTTLE" value="@THROTTLE"/>
   <set command="ROLL"     value="- @ROLL"/>
   <set command="PITCH"    value="- @PITCH"/>
 </rc_commands>
