Call me nuts but i have assembled at least 5 autopilots with full molex connectors using only very thin and narrow tip plyers (with inner grooves in order to get a better grip on the molex pin)
and a microscope.
It isn't easy but it can be done if you have a lot of patience and a steady hand.
Not one wire has failed and the trick is the wire used.
Use high quality awg 32 servo cable with many strands.
Of course when i did this ready made molex wires were hard to find.
I still reuse those cables.
