A possible way is to make a preference file for APT:
create a file in /etc/apt/preferences.d/ with the following line:
Pin: version 1.48*
and then type "apt-get install lpc21isp"
it will downgrade the version of lpc21isp if needed and will prevent to install a more recent one during future upgrade.
If you update to master, I just pushed the file conf/system/preferences.d/paparazzi-uav-ppa
You can directly copy with (from your paparazzi directory): sudo cp conf/system/preferences.d/paparazzi-uav-ppa /etc/apt/preferences.d
