Strange problem with string_converter

I'm unable to compile code which tries to use to_string on a CL_Vector. The 
problem is, that I get "no match for" with CL_Vector beeing in the list of 
"canditates are". The involved files are not changed at all !
Anyone got an idea what this could be?
