tux-racer ... some gnome games, that have some effects that would
be usefull ...

I guess the pingu's wont make sounds all the time .. that would
not be very helpful in regards to game-play ...

sound-fx should be done at change of Pingu Actions. No more no less.
so, switching to digger, splatering on the ground, digger - builder
finishing task etc ...

then there can be a background music, specific to the game, or level ...
