Got it fixed, Ingo added a few changes

'd be most interested in the changes to the source you had to made to get it
compiling. Would be nice if you'd send them to the list after trying wheter
they are still required with the actual version. If your checkout is two
days old I guess you barely missed the #define for snprintf? If I remember
right I commited this yesterday.

I'm working on tidying them up, I now have a completely compiled Windows
binary with required files, it's only 2Mb, and works quite well (certainly
playable) I'll get it nice then send it off for commiting.
