New static linux binary available

Hiho,

to all those betatesters (anybody of them actually testing levels?), a
new static binary is available:

It features a few action fixes and new timing code, play with --speed,
--min-frame-skip and --max-frame-skip if the game is to slow jerky or
something like that. It also has demo recording code up and running,
demos are saved in ~/.pingus/demos/ and can be played with --play-demo
FILE (use cursor keys and space to navigate in demo mode).
