The levels in Volcano Island are 100% randomly placed and that map
will not be in the final release in that state.

Kind of, we need it to do both ways, look what levels, then design
worldmaps, then look back at the levels and look around for missing
parts and create the missing levels and fix the ones that doesn't fit
the theme correctly, etc.
