Fonts; translations in actions

The fonts actually used seem to be Latin1 now, except for 
pingus_small4_fix_num.png .

Another thing:
In src/actions/bridger.cxx:
    name("Bridger (" + to_string(bricks) + ")")
(2 places: in constructor and in place_a_brick)
This should be localized.
I can't find other non-localized strings in src/actions/ .
