Level Comment Tool wishlist

Since I'm loosing track in the huge thread about the LCT, I'll try to
compile a new list of issues mentioned:

- automatically rate uploaded demos (depends on better demo files)
- a "+" get's converted to %2B which is ugly
- a click on "play" should not lead to the level file but instead a php 
  script should send compress the level file on the fly and send it out.
  Storing them gzipped on the server makes syncing with svn quite hard.
- removal/update of own comments
- gain the right to W3C XHTML/CSS and Anybrowser logos
- send mails with new comments to the list so we can e.g. mark playable 
  levels as such
- send mails to the level author? would need some way to deactivate it
- decide on meaningfull difficulty (current value div 10, new range from
  1-10?)

Anyone interested in working on those issues? BTW we've got MySQL access
in the meantime.
