The mails I receive from the level comment tool when people comment on my levels have wrong urls. 
I.e. I just received a reference to
http://elonen.iki.fi/pingus/?c=playable&l=hellmouth-23-rz+eriksoe
The correct url is
http://pingus.seul.org/level_comment_tool/index.php?c=playable&l=hellmouth-23-rz%2Beriksoe

- notice the %2b instead of +.
