I'm working on changing the docs/Makefile so that you only
need OpenJade (or possibly Jade) to compile the XML
documentation.  Currently you need the docbook2html script
which, since I run slackware, is a bitch to get a hold of. 
Oh the joys of binary packages! (INSERT RANDOM 4-LETTER
WORDS HERE....)

You need to load the kernel module by using
./misc/load_module.sh (or whatever it is, I think that is
the right filename--don't have it in front of me to check).
 You'll need to be root to do that--but not to run Plex86.

You need Jade, OpenJade, or something similar to compile the
documentation.
