The Images that come with the latest versions of Bochs DO NOT
WORK in
plex86. Plex86 expects to find a FULL DISK IMAGE, and not what
the bochs
disk images typically look like (just a partition and it's boot
block).
This means that plex86 images often have an MBR, a partition
table, and a
set of internal partitions--with their associated structures.
This also
means that to install software in plex86 (assuming that it can be
done)
you'd need to do so just like you would on real hardware--using
the install
disks.
