dear pm2mail-info subscribers
a new version on pm2mail is released. the files are under CVS and as a tar ball at: http://savannah.nongnu.org/files/?group=pm2mail
The most relevant new feature is support for WHO HINARI proxy settings. The setup procedure for HINARI is not well described yet. pm2mail also has a new admin interface. To use it, check the pm2mail.cfg file produced by setup.pl. In this file, change the adminpw value to your password.
Then, on the pm2mail webpage you can go to "admin" and login with username "admin" and the password you have chosen.
To use HINARI, you need to set up an institution in the admin interface. Then you can link users to the institution so that for fulltext retrieval the HINARI proxy is used. NOTE: Each Institution needs to register with HINARI. you find the HINARI info at http://healthinternetworks.net

dear all
Sorry to bring out another release of pm2mail so quickly but there were a few bugs in the other version and the configuration for fulltext access was not very good.
Now, this has been changed and there is some more precise information in the README file in the latest release: pm2mail-0.2.1.tar.gz
Also, a description of how to set up pm2mail in conjunction with HINARI is now included in the README.
If there are any questions on pm2mail - set up, usage - or new ideas and comments, please do not hesitate to ask and discuss them (here on this list).
