April/May would be more realistic.  

What do you want to do with the GUI for this release?  There are a
number of tasks to be done before we can really declare it "stable";
most notably, a proper implementation of src/ui/flexifile.c.  If we
don't want to do that before the release, then I think we should
document the GUI as "experimental".
