The FSF has asked me to release a version of PSPP under GPLv3, so
I've prepared version 0.4.0.1. The only difference from 0.4.0 is
the license. Before I announce its general availability, I'd
like one or two people here to look it over. It is available at:
             ftp://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/pspp/pspp-0.4.0.1a.tar.gz
(In the version without the "a", I forgot to replace COPYING with
     the GPLv3 version.)

If it looks OK I'll put it on ftp.gnu.org.

1. I ran "find . -type f -exec grep -q 'version 2' {} \; -print"
on the extracted tarball, and found a number of files which
don't seem to have had their headers updated. Come of them are:

 ./pspp-mode.el
 ./doc/pspp.man
 ./src/command.def
 ./src/format.def
 ./src/expressions/evaluate.c
 ./src/expressions/helpers.c
 ./src/expressions/optimize.c
 ./src/expressions/parse.c
 ./src/expressions/private.h

2. src/copyleft.c has not been updated. Hence when I type "show
copying." at the prompt, I get the text of GPLv2, not GPLv3

3. Are any of the following files actually useful?

 pspp-0.4.0.1/examples/
 pspp-0.4.0.1/examples/CVS/
 pspp-0.4.0.1/examples/CVS/Root
 pspp-0.4.0.1/examples/CVS/Repository
 pspp-0.4.0.1/examples/CVS/Entries
 pspp-0.4.0.1/examples/ChangeLog
 pspp-0.4.0.1/examples/descript.stat

4. I got one test failure, but this is an old issue, so probably
should not bother to fix it here:
