I can only get something similar to this if I do:

data list list /uf * w (f5.0).
begin data.
1 1123456789
2 9098765432
3 5432198766
end data.

weight by w.


FREQUENCIES
  /VARIABLES=UF
  /FORMAT=AVALUE TABLE.


so like Ben suggests, it seems to indicate a weight variable with a
very short format.

Can you post the output of

SYSFILE INFO FILE='PES_PNAD2007.sav'.

     asterisks. Maybe if
     the output have more then 5 digits we get this problem. Look at this
     output, with only 10% of the cases.
     The only ones who appears are the smallest values.
