As you may have noticed, I have started putting Bastian's icons into
the repository.  So far, they look really good I think.

Some feedback:

At 16x16 the mimetype icons look somewhat blurry.  I suggest, that
for icons smaller than 32x32 you remove the "GNU PSPP" lettering (which 
cannot be read at small sizes) and make the bell curves a little bigger.

There is too much lettering on the splash screen.
The splash stays on the screen for only half a second so cannot be read
anyway.  Also, it would not be easy to translate the text to the language
of the locale.  I suggest we keep the "GNU PSPP" bit and remove the rest 
of the lettering.  

Also on the splash screen, and the 'about' logo, the lettering is a solid
black.  I wonder if a little more colour could be introduced there?

Bastian, if you think anything needs to be changed here, please feel free
to commit it to the repository yourself.
