Hi
I build a complete new toolchain on top of openSUSE 15 for building PSPP for MSWindows. As far as I tested everything works the same.
A PSPP package for MSWindows, build with this new toolchain, can be found at
https://sourceforge.net/projects/pspp4windows/files/2019-05-25-ForTestingOnly/
Test and problem reports are welcome.
