I currently use IT writer and the option if available.

Steps to follow:

1. Copy table from the PSPP output window.
2. In LO Writer select: Edit / Paste Special
3. Select HTML

If you do not remember wrong, in windows in the 2007 version of Office, the option is also available (homologous to the 2008 version of OS X)


Besides these basic options are any word processor. I ask that you check well, because that would save time.
