Re: PSPP language

Good.

I'm curious what kind of computer are you using where PSPP thinks the
locale is non-English and you think that the locale is English. I'm
guessing Windows, because that's the target furthermost from the OS that
the devs use (they use Linux) and Windows-specific issues arise often.
