Why not juste trying it on http://demo.review-board.org/
by just creating a login and playing with it?

A reviewboard installation can not be done on a project hosting service.

A reviewboard is a tool that can fill our needs,
in the validation process and the contribution process,
you can think of it as source code wiki
and/or code-review tracker, like bug-trackers do.
