Theres also a problem with transients: run mozilla (latest nightly);
select Preferences from the Edit menu.  It pops up as a tiny little
thing thats unusable.  This isn't a problem under other window managers.
Can you guys take a look; if its a mozilla bug, I'll lambaste those guys
till they fix it but I'd like to be sure it is their bug.
