C-t m is the hacky fix for that.  All of those mozilla transients hint
to be 200x200.  Nothing we can do.  Try it under twm, it will come up
200x200, you will need to resize it and from there on it will be the
right size.  At least that was M18 behaviour, i realize that that is a
darkages release.  Does twm show it the right size the first time?
