[RP] IrcLogs splitted, uploaded, available, whatever

Ok, I promised this looooong ago, but now I finally did it.

For those of you who don't know, my second self sits on
#ratpoison all day long, and logs everything.

Today, I wrote a small perl scriptlet that splits the logfile,
generates a nice lynx/links/w3m/etc friendly HTML page from
it, and... well, that's it.

The splitted logs are accessible at ratpoison.sourceforge.net/irc/.

Shawn, could you please link it into the homepage ?
