[RP] latest cvs xemacs problems

Hi all,

Just got the latest cvs and ran into some problems.

If I start xemacs then change the options so that the toolbar is not 
visible (Option->Display->Toolbars Visible), xemacs goes into a fit.
It seems to be continually trying to resize it window. A similar
thing happens if you remove the scroll bar.

I'm pretty sure it is a rp problem since this wasn't ahppening before
I upgraded rp.

I will try and track down the error, but if anyone has seen this before
or might know why this is happening that would save me a lot
trouble.
