I think that's a very sensible idea. That way there can be no confusion.

For GitHub there's also paid enterprise options that are self-hosted if I understand https://github.com/pricing correctly (way at the bottom), so the distinction would also very much make sense there.

Perhaps we should rename the GitHub entry to GitHub.com also.

We could use the convention that evaluating a site uses its hostname
and evaluating a program uses the program's name.

Does anyone disagree with this?
