Details:

When configuring Maneage asking for install all high-level software, multiple
lines showing "Not rule to make target XXX, needed by 'all'".

The point is that the targets are R modules, while the directory is for Python
packages! See a few lines below.

I identified the problem and proposed a solution, as it can be seen here:

Check it and if this is a good fix, merge and close this bug.
