Hi,

I removed obsolete files and did some clean-up in the 'administration'
bzr repository, that contains docs and scripts.

In particular, I added a 'backup/dl.sh' script, whose task is to
download all the scripts and config files from the live Savannah, that
cannot be included directly in the documentation because they are too
big, or change too often. The good surprise is that there isn't so
many such files. Note that the script uses 'rsync' in a peculiar way
to make it download all specified files at once while creating
intermediate directories and without downloading the whole system in
the process.

With a copy of the repository, and a run a 'dl.sh', one should be able
to rebuild Savannah from scratch.
