Details:

hello. I would like to be able to use 'svnsync' in order to synchronize the
fim (fbi-improved) svn repository on savannah with another I use elsewhere. 
I think this can be achieved if someone of the administrators could create a
"hooks/pre-revprop-change" file containing "#!/bin/sh" in the repository of
fbi-improved.
