The license for your project is fine, it can be the GNU GPL and your
package will be Free Software, the issue is that your package can't be
part of the GNU system because it relies on proprietary software
(Flash).

On a side note:

Here is a very good example on why calling the operating system just
"Linux" is misleading (I am not saying that you mentioned "Linux"),
while in reality there is an operating system called GNU
(http://www.gnu.org/gnu/initial-announcement.html), the one you
applied so your package could be part of it.  That's one more reason
why we ask the people to refer to the system GNU/Linux to give credit
to kernel.
