Shoutstats is a fast, free Shoutcast server statistic analysis program. It 
produces instant and dynamic usage reports in HTML format, for viewing in a 
standard browser.

Shoutstats is a bunch of php scripts and a SQL database.

It has been written under a Debian GNU/Linux
It already exists and you can see it at http://www.shpoop.com/shoutstats/

I\'d like to get some help from people on it because I\'m don\'t have enough 
time focus on its development =(
