        There is a private project on Savannah for documents
containing documents like this one that should not be published. There
should be a project for documents that should be published but noone
did the job, yet. It's not an obvious job since one has to take in
account many constraints, list the documents, push them in CVS, make
sure they are published correctly, make sure that people updating them
are willing/able to update them. This includes the GNU coding standards
in addition to savannah.texi. In the meantime the method described in
savanna.html rules.
