Changed the README and savannah.texi in order to get closer to (what I
understand from) reality ;)

I'm no automake guru though, and haven't understood all the different
aspects of the files/servers structure, so don't hesitate to proofread
what I commit for some time ;)

The way is still long before I can bring more help than the noise I
generate ;)
