Annotations are not currently implemented in viewcvs, and
even if they were, they would require granting permission
to modify the CVSROOT/history files, which we might not
want to do.
I have deactivated the annotation links in the pages
displayed by viewcvs.

produces a bunch of python errors.
It seems to be the case of all the annotate links on
