Someone is willing to host patches to the RedHat distribution
on Savannah. His goal is to build a custom RedHat distribution and he
needs a hosting facility to host the changes that must be applied to
the RedHat distribution. He also needs Savannah to cooperate with his
co-workers on this project.
I don't think we should host patches to a collection that includes
non-free software.
What if the collection were entirely free? Then it would avoid that
problem. But I still think it doesn't really make sense to host a
project that consists of patches to something else, except in rare
circumstances as a special exception which Brad and I should approve.
