Please help Chet Ramey ASAP.  I have asked him to make an effort to
follow our policies better, and if we don't make it easy for him to do
that, he might get mad.  Please ack to me when you have started
helping him.

I attempted to create an account on savannah with username `chet'.  The
system told me it was `a known mail alias'.  If it's an alias for me,
can it be removed so I can create an account?  It will at least get me
one step farther.
