        There also should be a 

        Copyright (C) year name

        in front of the notice (please refer to the note I sent for details).

        Sure. Just send a mail to address@hidden with a URL to
the CVS tarbal. It will be handled quickly (less than 24 hours). Given our
current workload you may want to add URGENT in the subject so that we truly
handle it it 24 hours, just to be safe ;-)
