My project will translate IEC 61131-3 code PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) 
into C code. All 5 languages will be supported: Structure Text, Instruction 
List, Sequential Flow Chart, Function Block Diagram, Ladder Diagram.

It does not exist yet but I\'m working on it.
