OK, I re-checked everything out of CVS, and it works.  But the
instructions for CVS must have changed (especially w.r.t. the
CVSROOT), because I followed the instructions at that URL you just
sent me, to the letter, when I first checked things out several months
ago, but I didn't expect that the CVSROOT would be moved around.

Was there are general announcement sent to folks signed up to savannah
about this change?  It seems like there maybe a number of people in my
position.
