This package wants to apply for inclusion in the GNU project

This is the official GNU C Programming Tutorial book , 
as commissioned by the 
Free Software Foundation.  It takes a newbie who only
knows a few shell commands like \'ls\' and 
helps them learn how to become a full-fledged
C programmer, including forays into the GNU C Library 
and other intermediate to advanced topics.

The book was originally written by Mark Burgess and has been
completely rewritten by Ron Hale-Evans to bring it into
the 21st century (or at least the 1990s).  Bob Chassell
is the editor.
