Open Incident is a simple unix software to manage incident on the Hotline team.

It\'s programming in C language and use openmotif for opensystem
and motif for AIX system and support multi-user incident lock,
groups lock and some basics queries to track a incident at the 
moment.

You need  PostgresSQL, OpenMotif on your system  to use this.

I  begin  to  work on this project since 5 weeks, I try to work
on about 1 hour every day but it\'s very hard after a hard day of
job and 3 hours of travel.
