This package wants to apply for inclusion in the GNU project

My project is ccgplay and it allows people to play ccgs(colectible card games) 
over the internet. It will come with library builder, and internet connecter, 
and other programs, that will help you play the ccgs, library builder will make 
libraries for your favorite games, and internet connecter will connect you to 
other players, or onto tournament servers. These programs will be sub-parts of 
this program.

It does not exist yet but I\'m working on it.
