This package does NOT want to apply for inclusion in the GNU project

The aim of the RISOCOL project is to create an extensible, yet 
complete for the selected features, web based environnement to
evaluate the subventions given to the associations financed
by a public adminsitration (<a href=cocof>http://www.cocof.be</a>) 
in Brussels, Belgium.

In order to achieve this, the application will be modular and will
be a limited human resources management system.

Hopefully, this can be extended. 

THe developpement will be done using free software tools, mainly 
in python and zope, and reusing as much as possible existing tools
available as free software.

The application will be GPL.
