This package does NOT want to apply for inclusion in the GNU project

This project will initially convert an html file of bookmarks to a Yahoo! style 
web directory generated from a database.  Future features will include options 
such as user accounts and moderation/peer review of bookmarks.  The goal is to 
create a small web directory that is meaningful to a community of users.

It does not exist yet but we\'re working on it.
