        Hi,

I was probably not clear enough in my previous mail. License notices
need to be put in each source file, not just in the README. Think about the
following situation, for instance: someone extracts a file from torsion,
puts it in its own software. The current notice says to look in the README
file and it is very likely that the README file of the other guy software
is not the same as yours. Hence the user of the other software would have
troubles figuring out the licensing terms.

It may seem a wast of bytes to include the license notice at the
beginning of each files, but there are good reasons for this and it is
important to ensure that torsion is well covered by the GNU GPL.

Could you please fix this and submit your project again ?

        Cheers,
